The Austrian Academy of Sciences, known by its German acronym OEAW, is the largest non-university research institution in Austria. Founded in 1847 and based in Vienna, it covers the humanities, social sciences, natural sciences, and technical sciences.

In the demo's research graph, OEAW Vienna leads the Heritage Linked Data programme and is the affiliation of authors working on provenance modelling, federated graph queries, and GLAM knowledge graphs.
