Johann Sebastian Bach was a German composer and organist of the Baroque period, born in Eisenach in 1685. He was the son of Johann Ambrosius Bach and the father of Wilhelm Friedemann Bach, Carl Philipp Emanuel Bach, and Johann Christian Bach.
